OUR RETURN POLICY? 

RELAX, IT COULDN’T BE EASIER

 

At Isla Fontaine, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges up to 14 days from your date of purchase. All returns and exchanges are free. Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. We can only accept returns from islafontaine.com, please contact third party retailers directly to return items purchased through their channels.

Upon receipt of pieces, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. Once we have your returns, we will send you an email and will process your refund shortly after.

If you are returning your piece from within EU:

Please use original packaging and remove the original labels. Then email us at shop@islafontaine.com. We will provide you with the address to be written on the outside of the parcel and with return instructions. We will cover the cost of the return.

If you are returning your piece from outside of EU:

Please use original packaging and remove the original labels. Then email us at shop@islafontaine.com. We will provide you with the address label to be attached to the outside of the parcel and take your return to the Post Office. It is important to ensure that you state you are 'returning to seller' in the reason for export field on your postage label. We recommend using a tracked postal service or a courier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx for tracking purposes, and an adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns.
