RETURN POLICY
You have up to 14 days from your date of purchase to return all orders within EU. Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. We can only accept returns from islafontaine.com, please contact third party retailers directly to return items purchased through their channels.
Upon receipt of pieces, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. Once we have your returns, we will process your refund shortly after.
